On July 2, 2026, our 2019-2020 Rotary Exchange Student, Tamara Belen Villaba Diaz, graduated from college! She defended her thsies to get her degree in political science. She got the highest grade in her class! She is still actively involved in Rotary in her home country of Paraguay. This coming year, she is looking to get involved in the Rotary to help inbound exchange students to Paraguay.
She hopes to be able to return to Minnesota soon as one of the friends she made here is getting married next year. I've asked her if MAYBE she could return to Minnesota in 2028 for our Rotary International Convention!
